Graduate Creativity Circles

Creativity is a skill, and it can be practised

Many graduates' CVs do not showcase creativity, at a point when creativity remains one of the uniquely valuable human skills employers are looking for.

Creativity Circles are for UK graduates who want to overcome the obstacles standing between them and the job they want. They offer a range of ways to practise and master creativity using the latest neuroscience, and then to apply that skill to the search itself.

Why creativity specifically

Artificial intelligence can now automate a great many tasks. Creativity, curiosity, imagination, innovation and human-centred problem-solving are not among them. They remain essential human skills that technology cannot fully replace, and they are what will continue to drive innovation and progress.

That is the reason creativity will go on being one of the most valuable skills in the job market, and the reason it is worth being able to evidence rather than merely claim.
