Overcome Your Fear of Public Speaking

If you fear public speaking, you are not alone

For many people the thought of standing in front of an audience brings nerves, self-doubt, and sometimes real anxiety and fear.

I know, because I was the same. At my first ever presentation, in my first proper job after graduating, my knees were shaking. I mumbled. I spoke far too fast, so that I could reach the end as quickly as possible.

It does not have to feel like that.

What the day does

First, we work on releasing whatever fear and anxiety you carry now, about whatever kind of speaking you do or want to do.

Then we build the replacement. Using The 3M Method™, you practise a new habit until the feeling that arrives when you think about speaking is confidence rather than dread.

What you will work on

Who it is for

Whether you already speak regularly to groups or simply want to feel more natural when presenting, the day is built to give you both the tools and the experience of using them. It runs online and in person.
